Go to Profile from the bottom navigation and fill in your photo, full name, phone, gender, birthday, bio, hobbies, and address. A complete profile also unlocks the "Complete Profile" task in Activity, which rewards you with points.

Before you can withdraw funds, go to Wallet → Withdraw and set a 4-digit Withdrawal PIN plus your GCash, Maya, or bank account details. This PIN protects every withdrawal request you make — never share it with anyone, including platform staff.

JSWEB Foundations has four tiers: Free, Member, Premium, and SVIP. Higher tiers unlock bigger discounts on Daily Income products, access to Send Money, and higher task rewards. You can view and upgrade your plan anytime from Plans.

Go to Our Products or Services from the drawer menu to add listings with photos, prices, categories, and descriptions. A clear photo and an honest, detailed description help customers trust and choose your listing.

Your downline is organized as a binary tree with a Left and Right slot under you. Go to Tree / Genealogy to see your team and generate an invite link targeted to a specific slot.

If someone registers using your Right-slot link but that exact slot is already filled by an earlier signup, the new member is not lost. They're automatically placed in the next open slot within your downline, using balanced placement so your team grows evenly on both sides. No click is ever wasted.

From the Tree / Genealogy page, tap an open slot under any member in your downline to generate a dedicated invite link for that exact position. Share it anywhere — group chats, social media, or direct messages.

Each Daily Income product pays out daily over a 90-day term until you reach 2x your investment. Products require a certain number of direct invites (scaled to the product price) within 60 days to qualify for full payout. If you don't meet the invite requirement by day 60, your exact principal is refunded — you never lose your original investment.

Earn points by checking in daily, completing tasks, and hitting referral milestones. Once you have at least 50,000 points, redeem them at a rate of 1,000 points = ₱1.00, straight to your wallet.

When someone you personally invited enrolls in a paid plan, you earn an instant Direct Referral Bonus: ₱50 for Member, ₱250 for Premium, or ₱500 for SVIP. This applies every time, no matter your own plan — even Regular (free) accounts earn this bonus.

Your team tree has a Left side and a Right side. Whenever someone enrolls in a paid plan on your Left, and someone enrolls on your Right, those two signups "match" into a pair — and you earn a flat ₱100 Matching Bonus for that pair.

Unmatched signups are never lost — they carry over and simply wait for the other side to catch up.

To actually receive Matching Bonus, you need an active paid plan yourself (Regular accounts can still build up pairs, but only get paid once they upgrade). Your upline benefits too — a pair in your team can count toward your sponsor's own Left/Right balance, and their sponsor's, and so on. How many levels up depends on each person's own plan: Member sees 3 levels of team activity, Premium sees 5, and SVIP sees 7.

There's also a daily limit on how many Matching Bonuses an account can earn, scaled by plan tier, to keep payouts fair and sustainable for everyone.

Go to Wallet → Top Up, choose GCash, Maya, or bank transfer, and submit your proof of payment. Top-ups are reviewed and approved by an admin, usually within a few hours.

Go to Wallet → Withdraw, enter the amount and your PIN. A small 1% fee applies. Minimum withdrawal is ₱300. Requests are reviewed by an admin before funds are sent.

Premium and SVIP members can send wallet balance directly to another member using their 16-digit wallet account number, found on their Dashboard. A small fee applies based on the amount sent.

Never share your password, Withdrawal PIN, or OTP with anyone — not even someone claiming to be JSWEB Foundations staff. We will never ask for your PIN or password through chat, email, or phone call.

Be cautious of messages asking you to send money outside the platform, "double your investment" offers, or links that don't start with your official JSWEB Foundations domain. When in doubt, contact Customer Service directly through the app.
