Welcome to JSWEB Foundations ("JSWEB," "we," "us," or "the Platform"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, apps, and services. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or operate a business profile on the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts showing signs of compromise or abuse.
Business owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, products, services, prices, and descriptions. We do not pre-screen listings and do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or availability of any product or service offered through the Platform.
Transactions take place between the customer and the business owner. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the Platform facilitates discovery and communication but is not a party to the sale, and is not responsible for fulfillment, refunds, or disputes between buyers and sellers.
The JSWEB Foundations name, logo, and platform design are our property and may not be copied or used without permission. Business owners retain ownership of the content (images, descriptions, branding) they upload, but grant us a license to display it on the Platform.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Platform or its users.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold JSWEB Foundations harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
